Where does the file come from?
World of Warcraft writes it here, inside your game folder:
WTF/Account/<AccountName>/SavedVariables/FifthForever.lua
The game only writes SavedVariables when you log out, quit, or
/reload. Play a session, then upload the file.
After a successful upload your data shows up on the site within about 60 seconds (the pages cache for a minute).
